Today
digi.no announced campaign against IE6 among all the three largest websites in Norway. This was kickstarted by my good friend Anders Brenna's article
the internet needs your help. Both of those articles are written in Norwegian, but run them through Google Translate if you don't believe my words for it ... ;)
The websites that according to digi.no will start these campaigns are
finn.no,
VG.no and
Dagbladet.no. Later some guy commented in the forums at digi.no asking if digi also would jump the train, and Harald Brombach one of their journalists immediately jumped in and said; "OK"...
This means that most of the largest websites in Norway in the near future will warn against IE6 and encourage people to at leas upgrade to IE7.
